I am fashionably late to the online yoga class party, but I have arrived! The entire month of May, I am teaching free classes via Zoom on Sundays. It’s true. 15 months after quitting my New York agency job, moving out of my Clinton Hill Brownstone apartment, traveling to India, briefly living in Hawaii, getting engaged, settling back home in Pennsylvania and returning my father back to the source where all souls come from, Living Temple Yoga has emerged a bright butterfly from it’s cocoon in my heart.

It is my joy and deep honor to offer Yoga teaching services for all occasions and for all seekers of self. Yoga is for everybody, and not just for every body type, age, race, and gender of human being - it’s for anyone seeking themselves. If you find yourself feeling misaligned, blocked or in the dark mentally, physically, emotionally and even spiritually, Yoga is method you can employ. And a teacher lights the way.
