Personal Account of How it Felt When my Root Chakra Opened
Have your ever Google'ed "What does it feel like to open a chakra?" I certainly have. It's difficult to pinpoint when you are experiencing an energetic shift and why because our spiritual/energetic/mental/emotional/physical journeys are completely individual. No two stories of awakening to our true Self are the same, but it helps to research how others experience themselves while in the throes of the work of Self-Realization. In the spirit of sharing and searching for answers, here is my account of my very recent experience of opening my Root, my Muladhara Chakra.
